Speakers
The deadline for submitting sessions is March 12, and it isn't too early to start submitting now. Read about this year's speaker submission process in the Speaker FAQ.
Sponsors
This year has been a tough one, no doubt. For many the economics of 2009 are best forgotten, but that does put Code Camp in a bit of a pickle. 2010 won't be seeing the same level of corporate sponsorship that we've enjoyed in the past.
That is a problem because for the first time in our history, we'll need to write a check to BSU for facilities this year. Admittedly, they are making us quite a deal, but there is an expense associated with putting on Code Camp.
Individual Donations
Did you know that if everyone donated $3 to help defer costs it would pay for all the facilities? Now that's the best learning value you'll find.
This year we are going to try something new. On the day of event, you'll be able to drop a dollar or five into a donation box to help us pay for the event. Individuals can also help us cover the cost of Boise Code Camp by donating online, and even $5 goes a long way.
We aren't exactly flush here at the BCC planning center, but how about this? For those Friends of Boise Code Camp who donate $100, you'll get a 2010 Boise Code Camp T-Shirt, even if you aren't a speaker. So, how about it? If you've always wanted a $100 T-Shirt, here's your chance.
Corporate Sponsorship
Of course, we still value our corporate sponsors. If you or your organization is in a position to help with the 2010 Boise Code Camp, we still offer great benefits of sponsorship.
